Kamal

Founder, Samyak Sadhna

Kamal’s journey into the world of inner practice began not through formal training, but through life’s questions. Around 2017, he encountered an intense phase of inner turmoil — complex, overwhelming, and seemingly without resolution. In search of clarity, he began exploring the depths of Yoga, meditation, and various spiritual traditions. He travelled quietly through streets, cities, villages, and mountains, visiting both sacred and ordinary places, and meeting people of every shade—common folks, beggars, corporate professionals, seekers, teachers, the wise and the unwise. He spent long hours in reflection, exploring every path that appeared on his journey. He tried everything he believed could bring calm, yet the stillness he longed for would not stay for long. Yet the transformation unfolded gradually—and in unexpected ways. A moment of profound stillness during a river-rafting experience on the Ganga revealed to him a peace untouched by circumstances. Although that experience faded within a few days, it ignited a deep curiosity within him to understand the nature of inner quietude and developed a deep quest to bring such calmness again. He began studying and practicing on his own with sincerity, exploring classical methods, books, contemporary tools, and silent self-inquiry. Vipassana, sitting by the Ganga in stillness, and spending long hours at cremation grounds were among the many disciplines he embraced; each one offering a little more clarity, a little more depth. Gradually, a gentle calm began to settle within him, like something finding its rightful place. He had never wished to teach, yet in those days people around him sensed the quiet shift and began turning to him for guidance. In late 2018, he began guiding Yogasana at Bio Diversity Park, Gurugram, and the path of teaching unfolded on its own. In the months that followed, meditation sessions began to flow naturally into the online space as well. During the pandemic, through a quiet, anonymous Telegram initiative called Your True Friend, he offered steady support to many who were finding their way through moments of strain and emotional turbulence. Inspired by the idea that every household should have a small corner dedicated to silence, he initiated Dhyan Kaksha—a concept encouraging individuals to cultivate their own meditation space at home. Later, as the name could not be registered formally, the work evolved under the banner Samyak Sadhna, reflecting a broader and more holistic vision. Before fully dedicating himself to Yoga, Kamal worked in design for over a decade. He was serving as Creative Director at Cheil India (Samsung Group) and resigned from this role in May 2025 to focus entirely on guiding others toward clarity, balance, and inner peace. He has also completed professional training in Yoga from SVYASA and Bharatiya Vidya Bhawan. His approach is simple, direct, and experiential. He emphasizes practical inner alignment rather than ritual or ideology—supporting individuals in discovering clarity, balance, and peace within everyday life. His message is: Be simple.

The Body is a Gateway

We do not use the body to perform; we use it to enter stillness. Our practice releases physical stiffness so the mind can follow.

Silence is the Medicine

In a world of noise, we offer the antidote. Slow, deliberate sessions rooted in breath-work to reconnect you with inner peace.

Tradition Over Trends

No mirrors, no competition, no rush. Just you, your breath, and sincere guidance rooted in ancient wisdom.

Our Approach

At Samyak Sadhna, the approach grows from a simple understanding — inner clarity cannot be forced. It unfolds gently when the body is eased, the breath is steady, and the mind is given space to settle.
