How to Start Your Journey

Atha Yoga Anushasanam ( अथ योगानुशासनम् )

Yoga is not just a workout; it is a journey from the outer body to the inner self. To understand this path, we invite you to experience it before you commit.

1. Aarambh (The Beginning): 3-Day Discovery
Begin your Sadhana (practice) with our 3-Day Discovery Pass(
Complimentary Access).

Anubhava (Experience): We believe Yoga is experiential, not intellectual. Give yourself 3 consecutive days to feel the transition from Sthula (Body) to Sukshma (Mind).

Shubhaarambh (Right Start): There is no "waiting for Monday" in Yoga. The best moment to start is Now. You can begin your 3-day journey on any day of the week.

Authenticity: Experience the Ashram-like atmosphere right here in Gurugram.

2. Sankalpa (The Resolve)
After your 3 days of Abhyasa (practice), if you feel a connection with the Guru and the space, take the Sankalpa to join the monthly journey.

Join Anytime: If you decide to continue mid-month, we will simply adjust the Dakshina (fee) for the remaining days.

3. Niyama (The Discipline)
To maintain the sanctity of the class, we follow a rhythm:

Cycle: Our practice cycle runs from the 1st to the 30th of every month.

Consistency: Regularity is the key to Yoga. Missed classes are like missed breaths—they cannot be stored for later. We encourage you to be regular to see the transformation.
